Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
